You'll be: Operating forklifts and pallet jacks to safely load, unload, pick, and put away products and materials. Managing and fulfilling material requests, ensuring timely delivery and packaging materials to production or storage areas. Accurately following work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Supporting physical inventories and cycle counts, maintaining proper stock rotation using FIFO and FEFO practices. Communicating issues, concerns, or improvement suggestions to management in a timely and professional manner. Performing order fulfillment tasks, including picking, packing, processing transfer orders, and handling samples. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times. Assisting with general warehouse upkeep, such as sweeping and organizing equipment. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School Diploma or GED (required). Posess proven experience operating forklifts and pallet jacks (certification preferred). Possess proven pick and packing experience in a fulfillment or warehouse environment (required). Bring 5-7 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment environment, including shipping and receiving. Can meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 pounds frequently. Have experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); NetSuite experience is a plus. Demonstrate strong math, reading, and documentation skills. Are proficient in using computers and handheld devices for inventory and workflow tasks. Exhibit a dependable, punctual, and safety-focused work ethic. Can follow oral and written instructions accurately. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
