What You'll Do Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Load, unload, move, and organize products throughout the warehouse. Accurately receive incoming shipments and prepare outbound orders. Inspect shipments for damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues. Pick, pack, wrap, label, and stage orders for customer delivery. Perform inventory transactions, stock rotation, and cycle counts. Utilize RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory movement. Assist with pallet repair, warehouse organization, and facility upkeep. Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following OSHA safety standards. Collaborate with shipping, receiving, customer service, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations. What We're Looking For Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling. Ability to safely stack, store, and transport materials. Comfortable using RF scanners, pallet jacks, and warehouse technology. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift. Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and best practices.
