Join Our Team! Tessy Plastics is looking for a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Clerk to join our warehouse team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have experience operating forklifts or are willing to learn, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Safely load, unload, move, and store materials using forklifts and other powered industrial vehicles (PIVs). Scan, track, and organize inventory using computerized inventory systems. Follow FIFO inventory practices and warehouse procedures. Perform daily forklift inspections, battery maintenance, and equipment reporting. Prepare and process shipments using UPS, FedEx, and other carriers. Work closely with production and warehouse teams to keep materials moving safely and efficiently. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED, or at least 2 years of manufacturing experience. Ability to obtain a Tessy Plastics forklift (PIV) license. Basic computer skills and strong attention to detail. Ability to read work instructions, follow safety procedures, and perform basic math. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and barcode scanning for logistics purposes Proven experience operating warehouse equipment such as sit-down and stand up double reach forklifts Available shifts: 12 hour day shifts ; 6am-6pm 12 hour night shifts; 6pm-6am Additional incentives for

Shift differential - All night shift employees receive a 10% shift differential. Off Shift Vacation Incentive - Night shift employees at Tessy have the opportunity to gain up to an additional 32 hours of paid time off per calendar year. For every 60 hours worked, employee earns 1 hour of additional vacation time up to a total of 32 hours annually.
