Pay Range:
$23.50 to $26 USD
THE ROLE
Safely operate electric lift trucks to load/unload trucks and railcars and move finished and bulk products throughout the facility. Put product away, pick and properly stage orders, stack/retrieve bulk product, and assist with outbound shipments. Use RF scanners, Turn-a-Fork and slip-sheet attachments to efficiently track and move products according to inventory requirements. Follow all GMP, food safety, and facility safety procedures, including trailer chocking, brake lock systems, dock plates, and safe battery changes.
YOUR PROFILE
Minimum of one years of forklift experience, preferably in a high-lift warehouse environment. Ability to operate equipment safely and work independently with minimal supervision. Able to frequently lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs., occasionally up to 50 lbs., and perform bending, squatting, twisting, climbing, and reaching. Comfortable working in a medium-heavy physical environment with noise, dust, freezing temperatures, wet conditions, and moving mechanical equipment; high school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work 6:00AM to 6:00PM OR 6:00 PM TO 6:00 AM, including weekends We're looking for people like you! Come grow with Nortera!
