Job description: Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Associate / Forklift Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing inventory, operating heavy equipment, and supporting warehouse distribution activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in warehouse operations, with a strong focus on inventory control and materials handling. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse team in a fast-paced environment while ensuring smooth order fulfillment and shipping processes. Responsibilities Operate various types of heavy equipment including forklift and pallet jack to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently. Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track stock levels, perform stock counts, and update records accurately. Assist in order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks to ensure timely order fulfillment. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Handle materials with care during heavy lifting, materials handling, and loading/unloading operations to prevent damage or injury. Follow OSHA safety standards and best practices for heavy equipment operation and warehouse safety protocols. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize storage solutions and improve overall warehouse management efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers; experience with warehouse management systems (WMS). Valid certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, or other heavy equipment is a plus. Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, shipping & receiving procedures. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently throughout the shift. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards related to warehouse environments. Excellent attention to detail for order picking, packing, inventory control, and documentation accuracy.
