• built in OT) Forklift Operator Responsibilities Responsible for receipt, administration, control, and management of inventory of raw and packaging materials.

Operate powered industrial trucks (PITs) such as forklifts to perform all inventory moves. Input and manage data related to items purchased and used by the company. Complete daily stock transactions and supply materials to production areas. Ensure inventory levels and accuracy using ERP systems. Complete daily checklists and logbooks. Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for departmental systems and processes. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations, including site, quality, and SOPs. Maintain company core values by treating everyone with respect and dignity.

Forklift Operator Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent. Basic math skills and reading/writing comprehension of English. Flexibility to work extended hours to achieve results. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.

Preferred:

1 year of experience in a high-energy, fast-paced, cGMP warehouse or manufacturing environment. Experience with SAP or WMS systems. Self-motivated with the ability to work with little supervision. Effective oral and written communication skills at all organizational levels. Ability to influence others and utilize analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with PIT operation or certifications. Inventory control and receiving/shipping experience.
