Job Overview Protrition Labs is seeking a reliable and experienced Material Handler / Inventory / Hi-Lo / Forklift Operator to support our warehouse and manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a Hi-Lo (forklift), handling materials safely and efficiently, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting the movement and organization of materials throughout the facility. This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse and manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Safely operate a Hi-Lo (forklift) to load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility. Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against receiving documents. Inspect incoming materials for visible damage and report any discrepancies or issues. Organize, store, and maintain materials in designated warehouse locations. Pick, verify, and prepare materials according to tickets, work orders, or production requirements. Move materials between warehouse and manufacturing areas as needed. Maintain accurate inventory counts and assist with cycle counts and physical inventory. Track inventory movements and report shortages, discrepancies, or damaged materials. Properly label, stage, and organize materials for production or shipment. Ensure materials are stored safely and in their designated locations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area. Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines. Complete required inventory and material-handling documentation accurately. Assist with general warehouse duties and other material-handling tasks as assigned. Work closely with warehouse, inventory, and manufacturing personnel to ensure materials are available when needed. cGMP Requirements Follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) under 21 CFR Part 111 and all applicable Protrition Labs SOPs. Keep quarantined, released, and rejected materials properly segregated, and never move material into production without Quality release. Record lot numbers accurately on all receiving, transfer, and inventory documents to maintain full lot traceability. Rotate stock using FIFO/FEFO and follow allergen segregation and storage condition requirements. Complete all documentation in real time following Good Documentation Practices (permanent ink, no blank fields, single-line corrections initialed and dated). Follow gowning and personal hygiene requirements when entering production areas. Requirements & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Minimum 1 year of warehouse, inventory, or material-handling experience preferred. Previous Hi-Lo (forklift) operating experience required. Hi-Lo/forklift certification preferred. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Basic understanding of inventory control and warehouse procedures. Experience using inventory or warehouse management systems is a plus. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to safely lift, move, and handle materials as required. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work in a warehouse/manufacturing environment for extended periods. Ability to work overtime as needed. Job Type Full-time In person
