Job Description
Position Summary The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and logistics operations by ensuring product availability, coordinating shipments and deliveries, maintaining accurate records, and providing professional service to customers and internal teams. This position requires safe and efficient handling of materials, including loading and unloading trucks, operating a forklift, picking orders, and maintaining an organized and safe warehouse environment. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Shift schedules may include weekends based on business needs. Hours are subject to business requirements. Essential Functions Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in accordance with established safety procedures. Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials according to established systems and procedures. Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly storage arrangement for all products and materials. Load and unload trucks and assist with the reloading of shipments. Pick inventory and orders for staging and shipment. Maintain accurate shipment, delivery, and inventory records. Work closely with the quality control receiving inspector. Assist with inventory activities, including cycle counts and stock management. Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization in assigned work areas. Assist with other warehouse duties and responsibilities as needed. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Required Qualifications Must be able to pass a forklift driving skills test or possess a current forklift certification. Basic math skills and the ability to read and understand spreadsheets. Knowledge of FIFO and cycle-count procedures. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible and able to adapt to changing business needs. Customer-service-oriented approach. Must be fluent in and able to read and write either English or Spanish to meet onsite safety requirements. Steel-toed shoes are required. Physical Requirements & Working Conditions Must be able to stand for the entire shift. Must be able to regularly lift and move materials weighing up to 75 pounds. May occasionally work in hot or cold temperatures. Will be exposed to noise #4002
