Job Description This role is responsible for the efficient movement, storage, and shipment of finished goods and incoming materials within the facility. The ideal candidate will support production by ensuring materials are available when needed, shipments are accurate and on time, and warehouse areas are organized, safe, and compliant with company standards. Primary Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts and material-handling equipment, completing all required safety checks Transport finished containers from production lines to designated storage locations Locate, stage, and load finished goods for shipment; complete all required shipping documentation accurately Unload incoming shipments of components and raw materials and place pallets in correct storage locations Stock production lines with components and raw materials in a timely manner to prevent production interruptions Ensure FIFO (First-In, First-Out) practices are followed for all components and finished goods Maintain accurate placement and inventory integrity of materials throughout the warehouse Support 100% on-time delivery performance Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards across finished goods, shipping/receiving, and storage areas Read and understand written instructions and follow supervisor direction Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment by following all procedures, rules, and regulations Perform preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment operational Contribute to team success by assisting with additional duties as assigned Meet established production and quality goals Follow all Hanon Systems Integrated Management System procedures, standards, and environmental, health, and safety regulations Experience & Education Minimum of 3 years of relevant warehouse, shipping/receiving, or forklift experience required High school diploma or equivalent preferred
