Pay:

Starting at $18.50 per hour ($38,500+ annually)

Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-3:00 PM or 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Overtime opportunities available Join a Growing Manufacturing Team Manpower is seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Associate / Forklift Operator for a respected manufacturing company in Holland, Ohio. What You'll Do Safely operate forklifts to move materials throughout the facility Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks Receive, inspect, and verify shipments for accuracy Perform inventory counts and maintain inventory records Use SAP or ERP systems to track materials and shipments Prepare, package, and stage orders for shipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Work closely with production and warehouse teams to support daily operations What We're Looking For Minimum 3 years of forklift experience required Previous shipping & receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience Inventory control experience preferred Experience using SAP, ERP, or warehouse management systems is a plus Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Outlook Valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
