Job Summary The Clamp Truck Driver is responsible for the safe, efficient movement of large paper rolls used in converting operations. This role ensures continuous production by staging, transporting, inspecting, and documenting roll stock while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment. Accuracy, safety awareness, and equipment care are essential. We are hiring for 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm M-F)

Duties Transport & Stage Rolls:

Safely operate a clamp truck to pull, move, and stage paper rolls according to production schedules.

Inbound Roll Handling:

Unload trailers, inspect rolls for physical damage, and document discrepancies.

Inventory Management:

track roll stock, update inventory, and ensure all rolls are properly tagged.

Warehouse Organization:

Maintain clean, organized stock lanes and warehouse layout to maximize space and efficiency.

Equipment Care:

Complete pre‑shift inspections, submit maintenance work orders, and operate the clamp truck within safe parameters.

Safety & Compliance:

Follow all company policies, safety procedures, MSDS guidelines, and housekeeping standards. Experience Proven experience operating clamp trucks, forklift trucks (Lift truck), and other material handling equipment in a warehouse setting Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS), and inventory management practices Knowledge of warehouse safety standards including OSHA regulations and forklift safety protocols Prior warehouse supervision experience or familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus but not required Demonstrated ability to perform heavy lifting safely, handle manual tasks efficiently, and work effectively within a team environment Join us as a Clamp Forklift Operator if you're energized by working with heavy equipment, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are committed to maintaining the highest safety standards.
