Job Description Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Stacker.
Stacker Job Details Schedule :
Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:00
PM Pay Rate :
$21.20/hr

Loveland, OH Stacker Requirements/Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Production or assembly experience preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical production duties. Ability to stack and pack products according to specific requirements. Strong attention to quality and detail. Ability to perform visual quality inspections. Ability to use required inspection tools. Ability to complete production and quality paperwork accurately. Strong communication and listening skills. Good time-management skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Strong commitment to workplace safety and security. Ability to operate a pallet jack as needed. Dependable attendance and strong work ethic. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment. About the Stacker Role As a Stacker, your responsibilities will include: Inspect and pack products from production lines. Stack and pack products onto pallets according to specific requirements. Maintain established productivity guidelines. Perform visual quality inspections to ensure customer specifications are met. Periodically inspect products using required tools. Complete production, product identification, and quality paperwork. Communicate with other operators regarding order status, product construction, and quality. Finish and prepare pallets for transportation and storage. Strap skids and move skids from the work area using pallet jacks. Assist team members with production line operations as needed. Follow all established safety procedures and wear required PPE. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Clear scrap materials, sweep, and remove debris from production areas.
