Warehousing & distribution
Forklift operator
Transporting raw materials to production lines and finished goods to storage racking or shipping docks. Performing daily pre-operation inspections (checking fluids, hydraulics, and brakes) and reporting mechanical issues immediately. Utilizing scanners or pick sheets to identify, pull, and stage products for outgoing shipments. Organizing warehouse floor space and stacking pallets securely to maximize storage capacity and ensure a safe walkway for pedestrians. experience 1-4 years skills Navigating tight aisles and high-density racking without damaging property.
Meeting "picks per hour" quotas while maintaining accuracy.
Hand-eye-foot coordination required for complex maneuvers and load balancing.
Signaling to pedestrians and coordinating with truck drivers and floor leads. qualifications Valid forklift operator (Sit-down, Stand-up, Reach Truck, or Telehandler, depending on the facility).
