Warehouse Order Filler Job Description Join our team as a Warehouse Order Filler where you will utilize cutting-edge Voice Collect headset technology to efficiently select and stage merchandise for transport. As part of our dynamic distribution center, you will play a vital role in fulfilling orders either on foot or using a forklift. Responsibilities Use a voice-directed (Voice Collect) headset to pick orders. Accurately select and stage merchandise for shipment. Efficiently fulfill orders using walking or powered equipment. Load, stage, and move pallets to designated shipping areas for distribution. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following warehouse safety protocols. Essential Skills Safety-oriented mindset. Ability to walk or stand for extended periods. Capability to stoop, squat, and kneel regularly. Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs when needed. Availability on weekends and holidays may be required.
