Shift Patterns Third Shift:

Monday thru Friday, with weekends and overtime as needed during peak periods. Pay Rates 60000.00 - 65000.00 USD yearly Essential Requirements for Bilingual 3rd shift On-Site Supervisor Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a warehouse or staffing environment. Demonstrate consistent reliability and punctuality in attendance and task completion. Maintain legal authorization to work in the United States. Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish to effectively interact with diverse staff and clients. Provide clear direction and hands-on leadership to temporary staff, ensuring adherence to operational procedures and safety standards. Maintain a high level of urgency and a proactive customer service mindset to address operational needs and client expectations promptly.
