Job Description
Job Summary The Forklift Operator will support daily warehouse operations by picking, moving, and storing product using a stand-up forklift reach truck. This opportunity offers consistent weekday hours, free onsite parking, and a path toward long-term employment for candidates who demonstrate reliability, safe work habits, and a strong team-first attitude. Key Responsibilities
- Operate a stand-up forklift reach truck to pick, move, and store product throughout the facility.
- Safely handle materials and support accurate product placement in designated storage areas.
- Follow warehouse safety procedures and maintain awareness of surroundings while operating equipment.
- Lift materials up to 50 lbs. as needed, with assistance available for heavier items.
- Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to support daily productivity goals.
- Maintain a reliable attendance record and contribute to a safe, organized work environment. Compensation and Benefits
Pay Rate:
$21.00 per hour, W2.Job Type:
Temp-to-Hire.Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM.Location:
Jaindl Blvd., Bethlehem, PA 18017.Parking:
Free onsite parking available. Required Qualifications and Skills- Operate a stand-up forklift reach truck throughout the shift.
- Pick, move, and store product accurately and safely.
- Support warehouse material handling and inventory flow.
- Follow safety procedures and contribute to a productive team environment.
- 1 to 2 years of forklift or warehouse equipment operation experience preferred for this experience level.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
