If you have proven forklift experience in a warehouse, production, or manufacturing environment and are looking for a company that values safety, reliability, and hard work, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a stable employer. What You'll Do Safely operate a forklift to transport finished products from production lines to shipping areas. Move and stage skids for accurate order fulfillment and on-time shipments. Load and unload box trucks and trailers. Use RF scanners to track product movement and inventory. Complete basic inventory and shipping documentation. Shrink-wrap pallets and prepare shipments for transport. Inspect products for visible defects before shipment. Assist with packing, production support, and general material handling as needed. Rotate between multiple workstations throughout the shift. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements. What We're Looking For Previous forklift experience is required. Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or shipping environments. Ability to safely operate a forklift in a busy industrial setting. Experience using RF scanners and inventory systems preferred. Familiarity with shipping, receiving, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping processes. Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail. Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the entire shift. Comfortable working in a loud, warm-to-hot manufacturing environment. The environment is loud, and hearing protection is required at all times. Temperatures can be warm to hot due to production equipment, and there may be a slight plastic odor present. Employees regularly use forklifts, RF scanners, and shrink-wrapping equipment while supporting shipping and production operations. Required PPE includes safety glasses, ear plugs, and a hair net. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Leola, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00
  • $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
