Weekly Pay Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Yard Loader to join our overnight team. In this role, you will operate a large industrial forklift to load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the yard and production areas. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Key Responsibilities Operate large industrial forklifts safely and efficiently to load, unload, and transport materials. Perform visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met. Operate production machinery in accordance with company procedures. Use hand tools and power tools as needed to support production and yard operations. Maintain accurate production and inventory documentation. Keep the yard, warehouse, and work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Assist customers, drivers, and team members in a professional and courteous manner. Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and shipment schedules. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Muncy, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
