You'll play a key role in safely moving, stacking, and staging materials, supporting production with accurate inventory handling , and completing basic computer data entry . ๐
Schedule Details:
Primarily 12-hour rotating night shifts One opening on a fixed 8-hour night shift Potential transition to a permanent 3rd shift rotating schedule in final packaging ๐ฆ Key Responsibilities Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts/tow motors safely and efficiently Move, stack, and handle products, skids, finished goods, materials, scrap, and equipment without damage Organize and stage work-in-process (WIP) inventory to support production flow Read and interpret reel tags, scrap tags, tally sheets, and inventory tags Move and position materials as directed by supervisors and production instructions Pick up, stack, store, and stage materials for production and shipping Safely transport equipment throughout the facility Accurately count and record quantities on inventory forms and tally sheets Collect and properly dispose of scrap, purge, and trash according to procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Use a computer for basic data entry and tracking of production and inventory Perform simple math calculations for inventory tracking and documentation Follow written and verbal instructions carefully to complete tasks Work assigned night shift schedules as required ๐ง Required Skills Proven experience operating both sit-down and stand-up forklifts/tow motors Strong commitment to safety in equipment operation and material handling Ability to follow step-by-step written and verbal instructions accurately Basic computer skills and data entry experience Ability to perform basic math for inventory, tally sheets, and scrap documentation ๐ Your Opportunity to Grow This role is more than just a job โ it's a chance to build a long-term career in manufacturing and logistics .
