Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator specializing in Standup and Reach Truck operations to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling materials, loading and unloading shipments, and supporting warehouse distribution processes. This role requires a strong understanding of heavy equipment operation, warehouse management systems, and safety protocols to ensure smooth daily operations.

Monday thru Friday 8:00Am to 4:30PM Saturday thru Tuesday 6:00Am to 4:30PM Duties Operate standup and reach forklifts to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse Utilize RF scanners for order picking, shipping, and receiving tasks Perform heavy lifting and materials handling in accordance with safety standards Assist with order picking using various equipment such as clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment Support warehouse management system (WMS) functions for inventory control and order processing Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and heavy equipment to ensure proper functioning Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency Comply with OSHA regulations and safety procedures during all operations Assist in shipping & receiving processes, including staging products for shipment or storage Support warehouse supervisor in daily tasks related to materials movement and inventory accuracy Requirements Proven experience operating standup/reach forklifts in a warehouse or distribution setting Warehouse experience with order picking, shipping & receiving, and materials handling preferred Valid forklift certification with OSHA compliance knowledge Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with heavy equipment operation including cranes, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks Ability to operate RF scanners and warehouse management systems effectively Strong understanding of safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation (OSHA standards) Mechanical knowledge of forklifts and related machinery for troubleshooting minor issues Experience in construction or similar industries involving heavy lifting and materials handling is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Physical ability to lift heavy loads regularly and stand for extended periods during shifts This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals experienced in warehouse distribution, heavy equipment operation, and logistics support to contribute to a dynamic team dedicated to operational excellence.
