Duties Operate forklifts to load and unload materials in our recycling department Must be able to use RF Scanners Manage shipping and receiving processes, ensuring that all materials are handled according to OSHA standards. Conduct regular inspections of equipment to maintain mechanical knowledge and ensure safe operation. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve warehouse management systems. Assist in heavy lifting and materials handling tasks as required, including the use of clamp trucks for specialized loads. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred, with a focus on distribution operations. Experience with operating a High Reach Fork Lift Familiarity with order picking processes and the use of RF scanners is highly desirable. Experience operating cranes, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment is essential. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with materials handling best practices is beneficial.
