Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production team member to join our cosmetic processing plant in Olyphant, PA. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality cosmetic products while adhering to safety and regulatory standards. This position requires a strong understanding of safety practices, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Available Shifts M-F 4:30PM-1:00AM Immediate availability to start. Duties

• Operate production equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations throughout the production process.
• Sanitate work areas and equipment to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Package finished products according to specifications, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Assist in the fabrication of production tools or equipment as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and report any mechanical issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Participate in training sessions on equipment operation, and best practices within the facility. Requirements
• Previous experience in production or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations is essential.
• Familiarity with CGMP and FDA regulations is a plus.
• Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot basic equipment issues is desirable.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to adhere to all safety protocols and procedures within the facility.
