ABOUT THE JOB

The associate is responsible for operating a cherry picker forklift to accurately select, packing, and preparing customer orders within a fast-paced warehouse environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely and efficient order fulfillment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

JOB DUTIES

Operate a cherry picker/stock picker to fulfill orders Pick and pack customer orders using handheld scanners or warehouse systems Accurately locate products within the warehouse using pick lists or RF devices Prepare items for shipment, including labeling and packaging Verify product quality and quantities before shipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety policies and procedures Meet productivity and performance targets Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed

REQUIREMENTS

Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Basic computer or scanner experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Follow safety procedures and use required
