Scope of the position : We are currently seeking a forklift driver to work at our offsite warehouse on 1st shift (8am - 4p m) to assist in the organized shipping and receiving of material and finished goods and accurate inventory by placing all material and finished goods in their proper location.

Key Responsibilities :

Observe Safety procedures at all times Place all finished goods and raw materials into correct location as identified by 5S map and in accordance with FIFO. Complete records, paperwork and labels accurately as required. Manually load and unload trucks and carry out packing as required Participate in monthly inventory and cycle counts as needed Insure warehouse and respective outside areas are neat, clean and well stocked at all times Carry out daily maintenance and safety checks of the forklifts, complete paperwork and report any defect to supervisor As assigned by the supervisor or manager, must be licensed and certified to drive a forklift within Mergon Corporation.
