Nesco Resource is seeking an experienced Cotton Warehouse Associate / Forklift Operator for a 1st shift opportunity with a manufacturing facility in the Enoree, SC area. Responsibilities Safely operate a forklift to move, load, unload, and stage cotton and other materials. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and storage areas. Ensure materials are properly identified, stored, and available for production. Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials as needed. Maintain accurate inventory and material movement records. Assist with coordinating daily warehouse activities and priorities. Communicate effectively with production, warehouse, and leadership teams. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Cross-train in additional warehouse and production responsibilities. Follow all company safety procedures and forklift operating guidelines. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Strong previous forklift experience required. Previous warehouse, manufacturing, textile, or material handling experience preferred. Stable work history with demonstrated longevity in previous positions. Previous leadership, lead, coordinator, or additional responsibility experience is highly preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Dependable with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability. Ability to prioritize tasks and work with limited supervision. Willingness to cross-train and learn additional responsibilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing environment. Schedule 1st

Shift:

6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Pay $17.00-$18.00 per hour, depending on experience. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced warehouse and forklift professional looking for a position with the potential for growth within the company.
