Nesco Resource is currently seeking an experienced 3rd Shift Technician for a manufacturing facility in the Enoree, SC area. This position is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery and facility equipment to help minimize downtime and keep operations running safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment. Diagnose equipment failures and complete necessary repairs to minimize production downtime. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on manufacturing machinery. Repair and replace motors, bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, sensors, switches, and other components. Assist with electrical troubleshooting, including motors, control panels, wiring, and industrial equipment. Complete equipment inspections and identify potential maintenance concerns before failures occur. Respond quickly to production equipment breakdowns. Perform equipment adjustments, installations, and changeovers as needed. Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records. Follow all lockout/tagout (LOTO), safety, and facility procedures. Maintain a clean and organized maintenance/work area. Work closely with production personnel to identify and resolve equipment issues.

Qualifications:

Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred. Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills. Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems preferred. Ability to use hand tools, power tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment. Ability to read basic electrical schematics, diagrams, and equipment manuals. Preventive maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Ability to work independently and respond to equipment issues in a fast-paced environment. Must be dependable and available to work 3rd shift .
