Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Bendi Forklift Operator and become a vital part of our logistics and distribution operations! In this energetic role, you'll expertly operate specialized forklift equipment, including Bendi, reach truck, cherry picker, and Hi-Lo forklifts, to efficiently load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities Safely operate various types of forklift equipment such as Bendi, reach truck, cherry picker, clamp truck, pallet jack, and Hi-Lo to load and unload shipments. Manage inventory by accurately scanning barcodes and updating warehouse management systems during order picking and stock replenishment. Assist in order fulfillment by selecting products with precision using order picker equipment and manual handling techniques. Maintain strict adherence to forklift safety protocols and OSHA standards to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment. Conduct routine equipment inspections and minor repairs on material handling equipment to ensure optimal operation. Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming shipments against purchase orders and preparing outgoing deliveries. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors on inventory management tasks, including stock counts, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies. Qualifications Proven experience operating warehouse with Bendi forklifts.. Strong understanding of warehouse operations including distribution processes, inventory control, shipping & receiving procedures. Knowledge of warehouse safety standards in production environments and adherence to OSHA regulations. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle materials manually when necessary. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning technology for logistics, and basic math skills for inventory counting.
