Stand Up Forklift Operator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Stand Up Forklift Operator to join our fast-paced team. This role involves critical tasks such as unloading and loading kegs, locating and moving materials, and maintaining warehouse organization. Responsibilities Assist in unloading and loading of kegs (new and used) when trucks arrive. Utilize stand-up forklifts effectively and safely. Use RF Scanner and possess knowledge of WMS/SAP systems. Receive bin numbers and locate beer pallets in refrigerated areas. Load and unload shipping trucks efficiently. Prepare packages for shipping. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse during downtime. Essential Skills Experience with stand-up forklifts. Proficiency in using RF Scanners. Knowledge of WMS/SAP systems. 2 years of warehouse experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous food and beverage industry experience is preferred. Ability to lift cases up to 35lbs and maneuver kegs up to 170lbs. Basic computer skills. Must be at least 21 years old to work onsite. Why Work Here? Choose between 2nd shift (3-11 pm, Monday-Friday) or 3rd shift (11:30 pm-7 am, Sunday-Thursday) in Richmond, VA. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sandston, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
