Rooms To Go is seeking an Equipment Operator II for our Seffner, FL distribution operation. In this role, you'll safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to move, load, and stage furniture and merchandise. You'll inspect and maintain equipment, follow strict safety and quality standards, and support accurate inventory flow. Working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment, you'll help keep product moving from warehouse to showroom and customers, contributing directly to on-time deliveries and a great customer experience. Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Load, unload, and move furniture and merchandise within the facility Inspect equipment before use and report maintenance or safety issues Accurately stage, scan, and store products according to procedures Follow safety, quality, and housekeeping standards at all times Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to meet schedules Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation Complete required logs, checklists, and basic paperwork Required Skills Forklift operation Pallet jack operation Warehouse operations Inventory control RF scanner use Basic equipment maintenance Load securement Safety compliance Material handling Documentation and logging
