Integrity Trade Services is seeking a qualified and safety-conscious overhead crane operator with steel warehouse experience to join a leading distributor of wide flange beams and structural steel tubing—one of the largest in the U.S. This position is perfect for experienced overhead crane operators ready to take on a vital role in a fast-paced industrial environment, with opportunities for career growth and permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate an overhead crane operator to move, stack, and organize steel beams and materials within a steel yard internal warehouse. Load and unload materials for shipment, ensuring accuracy and adherence to safety standards. Conduct routine daily inspections of crane equipment, reporting any issues promptly. Read and utilize measurement tools such as tape measures to ensure precise handling of materials. Review and interpret shipping, receiving, and inventory paperwork to accurately build and verify loads. Assist with other warehousing tasks as needed, contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere. Lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds, following proper safety procedures.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Valid and recent certification for heavy-duty, industrial equipment. Recent experience operating large-capacity cranes and forklifts in a similar setting such as a steel or lumber yard. NCCCO Certification preferred, but not required Ability to read tape measures and interpret technical paperwork. Strong communication skills and a safety-first mindset.
