Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stacker Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently stacking, organizing, and preparing finished products for shipment while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Your expertise in machine operation, manual handling, and industrial equipment adjustment will contribute to a smooth production flow and uphold our commitment to excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge converting machines and packaging systems in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Duties Operate stacking machinery and converting machines to assemble finished products according to production schedules Safely handle materials using forklifts and manual techniques, ensuring proper placement and storage of goods Interpret production documents, including work orders and quality standards, to accurately execute stacking procedures Conduct dimensional measurements and quality checks to meet strict product specifications Adjust machinery settings and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime Maintain safety protocol adherence by following established safety standards in production areas Collaborate with manufacturing management to optimize workflow, improve efficiency, and ensure consistent product quality Qualifications Proven experience operating forklifts and converting machines within a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments Familiarity with prepress processes, printing, and flexo press operations is a plus Ability to interpret manufacturing documents and follow detailed instructions accurately Knowledge of safety standards in production environments, including proper manual handling techniques Basic math skills for dimensional measurements, inventory counts, and quality assessments Mechanical troubleshooting skills combined with an understanding of machining principles are highly desirable Join our team as a Stacker Operator and become an integral part of our manufacturing success!
