Job Description
Position:
Shipping Clerk Responsible for shipping, material handling, and other supply chain activities. Processes and verify appropriate paperwork associated with finished goods shipments.Scope of work:
- Process and verify all paperwork for finished goods shipments to dealers
- Answers incoming calls
- Assists drivers with paperwork as needed
- Scans in all signed paperwork and notifies dealer of ETA
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One-year-related work experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
- Excellent attendance and scheduling flexibility
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
