This role is essential to maintaining the flow of inventory in our warehouse, ensuring that our products move efficiently from arrival to delivery. Responsibilities Operate a Raymond order picker in a narrow, wire-guided warehouse, ensuring safe and efficient material handling Use RF scanners to pick, verify, and place inventory for order fulfillment and storage Unload incoming shipments, inspect for damage, and verify contents against purchase orders or packing slips Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and promptly report any malfunctions or safety concerns Identify and manage inventory across documentation, including orders, labels, manifests, and bills of lading Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and stay informed on process updates Monitor and address inventory quality issues through routine checks Meet productivity targets while efficiently managing resources Report inventory discrepancies using the ICAR process and ensure proper documentation Experience 2+ years of experience operating an order picker forklift required High school diploma or GED required Basic computer skills, including familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Excel Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs independently and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance Required to wear steel-toed boots/shoes at all times during work hours Willing and able to work overtime as needed
Pay:
$24.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
