Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pallet Jack Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. Responsibilities Safely operate pallet jacks, clamp trucks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse Assist with order picking by accurately retrieving products using RF scanners and manual methods to fulfill shipping orders efficiently Load and unload trucks with heavy materials while adhering to safety protocols and OSHA standards for heavy lifting and manual handling Maintain precise inventory records through proper use of inventory management systems and RF scanners Support shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments against documentation, inspecting goods for damage, and ensuring proper placement within storage areas Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize storage layouts, improve workflow efficiency, and uphold safety standards Conduct routine safety checks on equipment such as pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and other heavy machinery to ensure operational readiness Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution or similar logistics environments with a focus on materials handling and order picking Hands-on experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, clamp trucks, or other heavy equipment in compliance with OSHA safety standards Familiarity with inventory management systems and RF scanner technology for accurate order processing Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently while following manual handling best practices Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments or inventory levels Strong understanding of warehouse operations including shipping & receiving procedures Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety protocol adherence Prior experience in warehouse supervisor roles or crane operation is a plus but not required Join us as a Pallet Jack Operator and become an essential part of our fast-moving logistics team!
