Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Forklift Driver and Warehouse Worker, where your skills will keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for safely operating various types of material handling equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo lifts. You'll play a vital part in managing inventory, preparing shipments, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods within a fast-paced distribution environment. Your proactive approach and attention to safety will help us maintain high standards in warehouse operations while supporting our team's success. Responsibilities Safely operate forklift trucks, reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and Hi-Lo lifts to load, unload, and transport materials throughout the warehouse Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and barcode scanning technology to track stock levels accurately Pick and pack orders efficiently for shipping and receiving processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic repairs or notify maintenance for any issues with material handling equipment Assist with manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting and stacking to support warehouse distribution activities Follow OSHA safety standards and warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and promote a safe working environment Support warehouse management in maintaining organized storage areas and conducting inventory counts Qualifications Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, or similar material handling equipment in a warehouse setting Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, shipping & receiving procedures Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and forklift safety protocols Ability to perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely and efficiently Basic math skills for inventory counting and order picking calculations Strong understanding of warehouse operations including materials handling, equipment repair needs, and heavy equipment operation Prior experience in warehouse supervision or managing warehouse distribution is a plus but not required Join us if you're ready to bring energy to your work every day! Pay:
$12.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
