This position will assist with day-to-day warehouse and yard operations, including loading and unloading materials, moving equipment, organizing inventory, and keeping the warehouse and work areas clean and organized. We are looking for someone who is reliable, works well with others, takes pride in their work, and is willing to help wherever needed. Job Responsibilities Safely operate forklifts to load, unload, move, and stage materials and equipment Load and unload trucks and trailers Receive incoming materials, supplies, and equipment Organize and maintain warehouse and yard inventory Pull and prepare materials and equipment for jobs Assist with inventory counts and tracking Inspect materials and equipment for damage Keep the warehouse, yard, and work areas clean and organized Follow all company safety policies and procedures Properly care for company equipment, tools, and property Assist other departments with materials and equipment as needed Perform general warehouse and yard duties as assigned Qualifications Forklift operating experience preferred Previous warehouse, oilfield, industrial, or construction experience is a plus Ability to safely load, unload, and handle materials Ability to lift and move heavy items as required Must be dependable and able to report to work on time Must be able to work in both warehouse and outdoor yard environments Strong attention to safety and organization Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Valid driver's license preferred Must be able to meet PACE Field Services' pre-employment requirements What We're Looking For PACE is looking for someone who takes ownership of their work. The right candidate will be willing to stay productive, keep the warehouse and yard organized, take care of company equipment, and step in to help the team when needed. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for steady, hands-on work with a growing oilfield service company in the Permian Basin.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 45.0 per week
