clearfield, utah Posted 2 days ago Closes 10/17/2026 Job details Summary Spherion $20.00 per hour Temp to Perm Various Shifts Available Industry warehousing & distribution (Transportation and Material Moving Occupations) Reference number S_180536 Spherion is currently hiring experienced Lift Truck Operators (LTO) on behalf of our client, a leader in cold-storage logistics. This role requires hands-on experience with both sit-down and stand-up equipment to load, move, stack, and pick food products safely and accurately.

Pay Rate:

$20.00/hour (Shift differential discussed upon offer)

Schedule:

Monday

• Friday

Swing Shift:

3:00pm

• 11:00pm

Graveyard Shift:

11:00pm to 0730am

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently load, unload, stack, and move food products using sit-down and stand-up equipment.
• Pick and assemble customer orders accurately using RF scanners.
• Inspect freight for quality, damages, and proper labeling.
• Operate safely within OSHA guidelines and maintain a clean work space.

  Stand-up straddle trucks, walk-behinds, pallet jacks, double pallet jacks, and RF scanner units.
• High School Diploma/GED preferred OR at least 1 year of relevant warehouse experience.

  Proven hands-on experience operating BOTH Sit-Down AND Stand-Up forklifts.

• Environment:

  Must be comfortable and willing to work full-time inside a sub-zero freezer environment.

Must be available for Monday?

Friday Swing or Graveyard shifts, with flexibility for mandatory overtime or weekend work as needed.

• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly.
