Receive weekly pay with convenient payment options. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and process aluminum extrusions according to documented customer specifications and production requirements. Monitor material placement before the anodizing process begins to help prevent product damage, defects, and material waste. Assist with monitoring tank liquid levels and report conditions requiring attention. Follow established anodizing, production, quality, and safety procedures. Review work orders and specifications carefully to ensure products are processed accurately. Perform basic production calculations using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers. Maintain an organized work area and support safe, efficient production operations. Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality and work independently with limited supervision when required. Work additional hours or overtime when business needs require.

Qualifications & Requirements Required:

Spanish proficiency sufficient to perform the duties of this assignment. Ability to perform basic arithmetic using whole numbers. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written production specifications and work instructions. Dependable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Ability to work the scheduled Monday-Thursday night shift and overtime as required. Ability to perform the essential physical functions of the position, including pushing, pulling, and lifting heavy materials, with or without reasonable accommodation. Must be authorized to work in the United States and complete employment eligibility verification as required by law. Successful completion of any job-related pre-employment drug screening and background screening required for the assignment, conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local law.

Preferred:

Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills. Previous manufacturing, production, aluminum extrusion, anodizing, metal finishing, or industrial experience.
