Quality Management System:
Perform routine quality control audits to ensure procedural compliance Perform daily verification of picking activities Report daily service issues to teams in morning Tier meetings Actively analyze and report service issues trends Provide real-time feedback and error correction to prevent issues before they escalate Remove damaged product from pickable locations Conduct spot-check inspections/audits of production operations Participate in the internal audit program May assist in supporting the Document Control program, record retention areas, and sample retention areas Other duties as assigned by supervisor Supervisory Responsibilities This job has no supervisory responsibilities. Computer Skills To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook. Experience with SAGE or Great Plains ERP preferred.
