Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We currently have an opportunity for aForklift Operatorat ourWinchester, VAdurum milling and pasta production facility, where we produceDakota Growers pasta.

The Forklift Operator is a critical part of our warehouse team, responsible for shipping, storing, and receiving inventory as well as providing sanitationsupportfor the entire warehouse.
Responsibilities:
Operate forklift to load, unload, and transfer products, pallets, boxes, and other materialswithin the warehouse andinto trucks and/or railcars according to shipping schedule;operateother equipment for shipping, as neededMaintainaccurateinventory while storing and loading, practicingfirst in/first outMonitor all equipment for wear and potential damage, and perform related preventative maintenance asrequiredMaintain Master Sanitation Schedules and other HAACP documentation, performingscheduled cleaning of equipmentRe-palletize and rework products, and prepareproductsfor regrind processMaintain safety and quality in a high-paced environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institutionAble to work weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
Experienceoperatinga forkliftExperience in a food manufacturing facility
