Badger State Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Driver to join a thriving organization based in Appleton on a full-time basis. This role involves a combination of warehouse duties and delivery responsibilities, ensuring products reach customers in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service, be physically fit for heavy lifting, and possess the necessary driving skills to operate various types of vehicles. Responsibilities Staging and receiving incoming shipments, picking customer orders, and shipping orders according to customer requirements Ensure all products are properly labeled and stored Load and unload materials form delivery vehicles and warehouse storage areas Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse and at customer sites Adhere to safety regulations and company policies while performing all tasks Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a smooth delivery process

Schedule:

Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 4:00 PM.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record (no CDL required) High school diploma or equivalent Previous forklift operation and/or warehouse delivery experience is plus Knowledge of safety regulations in a warehouse environment Ability to lift 50 pounds (unaided repetitively, 70 pounds (aided) occasionally Ability to climb a ladder, bend, squat, twist, bend at the waste, reach, and pull
