Monday-Friday, 4:00 AM - 2:30 PM Join Our Team! We are currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator. This position plays a key role in ensuring production runs efficiently by supplying scrap foam and materials to grinders according to the production schedule. Job Responsibilities Supply scrap foam and materials to production grinders based on daily production needs. Communicate with production operators regarding material requirements. Identify, stage, and transport the correct materials throughout the facility. Safely operate a forklift to move full and empty carts, bales, and other materials. Remove wire bands and inspect baled scrap for foreign materials. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Previous forklift operating experience is required. Forklift certification, training, or validation experience preferred. Ability to read and understand work instructions and safety procedures. Basic math and reading comprehension skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with team members.
