Forklift Operator / Material Handler WireTech Fabricators is looking for a dependable Forklift Operator / Material Handler to support both our production and shipping & receiving operations in Sturgeon Bay, WI. This is a hands-on position focused on forklift operation and keeping raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products moving throughout the facility . You'll help maintain a steady flow of materials to production while also supporting inbound and outbound shipping needs.

Pay:

$20.00-$23.00 per hour What You'll Do Operate a forklift throughout the day to move raw materials, components, and finished products Deliver raw materials and components to machines and production areas Pick up finished products from machines and move them to designated staging or storage areas Support production by making sure materials are available where and when they are needed Move finished products to the shipping area for outbound orders Move incoming raw materials from receiving to designated storage or production areas Assist with loading and unloading inbound and outbound shipments Stage materials and finished products for production and shipping Maintain a steady and organized flow of materials throughout the facility Complete basic inventory transactions and help maintain accurate material counts and locations Identify and report material or inventory discrepancies Keep warehouse, production staging, and material storage areas organized Work closely with production and shipping & receiving teams to prioritize material needs Follow company safety, quality, and housekeeping standards What We're Looking For Forklift experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or shipping environment Experience moving raw materials and finished products preferred Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment and production areas Basic inventory or material tracking experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to prioritize material movement based on production and shipping needs Dependable and able to work independently Team-oriented and willing to support both production and shipping & receiving Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of the position What WireTech Offers $20.00-$23.00 per hour 4-day workweek Monday-Thursday 6:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Three-day weekends Stable manufacturing environment
