Over 90% of our operating costs are from donations. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Donor Relations & Fundraising professional to join our team and drive impactful engagement with our community of supporters. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic fundraising initiatives, cultivate meaningful relationships with donors, and lead efforts to secure major gifts and planned giving opportunities. This position offers additional income opportunities as you will receive a commission on new donor income. Responsibilities 1. Create new revenue sources
  • Identify and obtain new revenue opportunities
  • Bring in new donors
  • Increase annual giving with major donors
  • Apply for and obtain new grants
  • Cultivate relationships with churches, schools, etc., across the Valley to gain financial support through baby bottle drives - Secure 5-10 new drives in churches, schools, etc., 2 . Assist with Baby Bottle Drives
  • Attend drives to ensure success-outreach and fundraising
  • Public speaking at masses about Aid to Women Center 3. Help with execution of our annual Gala
  • Work in tandem with Outreach Manager to secure table sales and sponsorship 4. Act as an Ambassador of Aid to Women Center
  • Host tours of Aid to Women Center for donors, church decision makers and influencers
  • Represent Aid to Women Center at churches and community events and fairs.
Qualifications Proven experience in nonprofit management or fundraising roles with a strong background in donor relations and relationship management. Fundraising/donor relations experience Sale experience is a plus Has excellent communication skills both written and oral Excellent interpersonal skills Strong organizational skills Full agreement with the Center's Pro-Life Mission Statement and scope of care Bilingual - English and Spanish - preferred Join us in making a meaningful impact by building lasting relationships that empower our organization's growth!

From $50,000.00 per year
