Full Job Description Position:
Fundraiser Home Cash Holdings is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Fundraiser to join our team! As a Fundraiser, you will be responsible for researching and identifying potential donors, developing fundraising strategies, and organizing various events to raise funds for our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research potential donors, including individuals, corporations, and foundations. Develop fundraising strategies to attract and retain donors. Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, including providing personalized communication and thanking them for their contributions. Plan and organize fundraising events, such as galas, auctions, and charity walks. Create and manage fundraising campaigns through various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and direct mail. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for fundraising events and campaigns. Manage donor database and ensure accurate and timely recording of donor information. Prepare and present reports on fundraising activities and progress to the management team. Stay updated with current trends and best practices in fundraising techniques and strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in fundraising, preferably in the non-profit sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of successfully organizing and managing fundraising events and campaigns. Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Knowledge of fundraising software and CRM tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and project management skills. Passion for making a positive impact in the community.
Salary:
