Job Description

Development Manager — Aisling Irish Community & Cultural Center 📍 Yonkers, NY (on-site) | 💰 $80,000-$95,000 | Full-time Since 1996, Aisling Irish Community & Cultural Center has been the home base for the Irish and Irish-American community in Yonkers and Woodlawn — supporting new immigrants, connecting generations, and serving seniors and youth alike. We're hiring a Development Manager to lead full-cycle fundraising for the organization — you'll own our development strategy and drive it forward, from grants to donor relations to campaign growth. You won't be doing this alone: you'll partner directly with our Executive Director on strategy and goal-setting, and work closely with our Events and Cultural Officer, who handles day-to-day event execution so you can focus on fundraising direction and results. What you'll do: Set fundraising goals and strategy with the ED; build new revenue streams Manage the full grant cycle — NY State/local agencies, private foundations, corporate funders, and Ireland's Emigrant Support Programme (ESP) Grow and steward our donor base; manage our Bloomerang CRM Lead the annual Aisling Fund Campaign Set fundraising direction for events, with our Events and Cultural Officer handling execution What you bring: 3+ years of full-time fundraising/development experience A track record building new pipelines and growing existing donor relationships Experience with grants, CRMs, and donor cultivation
Bonus:
