Event Fundraising Intern Event Promotions - National Headquarters, Memphis, TNDucks Unlimited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Fundraising Intern to join our team at National Headquarters. This role offers hands-on experience supporting the Event Fundraising Division and contributing to the success of national events and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with event fundraising operations and data analysisSupport promotional efforts for DUX, Third Term, T.R.A.P., and the event systemOrganize and manage attendance data for national eventsAnalyze promotional invitations and assist with product distributionContribute to online product merchandising and file managementSupport scholarship disbursement and oversee recordsHelp with organizational award analysis and day-to-day tasks for the fundraising teamOther duties as assigned

What Were Looking For:

Inquisitive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individualsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Canva experience is a plusAbility to work independently in a professional office settingStrong organizational and communication skillsCustomer service experience preferredKnowledge of waterfowl hunting and outdoor lifestyle is a bonusValid drivers license and clean driving record required
