Job Description

The Early Childhood Development Specialist will provides an individualized developmentally based early intervention for a group of children birth-five years with special health care needs and developmental delays at a
KIDS FIRST
clinic. Employs best practices for young children in group care. Works as a member of a physician-directed transdisciplinary team to assess developmental levels, implement the planned treatment, and achieve developmental services goals outlined in each child's treatment plan.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree AND Documentation that 12 hours of coursework in Early Childhood, Child Development, Special Education, Elementary Education, or Child and Family Studies has been completed AND documented experience working with children with special needs plus 6 months working with young children in a group-care setting

Ensures quality of individualized developmental services provided at
KIDS FIRST.
Supports the academic mission of the Kids First program. Demonstrates professionalism, continued development of skills, and job related interest and concern. Other duties assigned.
Salary Information:
Commensurate with education and experience

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
