Functions Include:

Conduct group sessions. Maintain updated files on each child. Make necessary contact with other social service agencies for follow-up and treatment. Complete all cases closing and follow-up obligations. Attend in-service training courses. Attend case consultation sessions. Attend general staff meetings. Minimum Education Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university Certified Prevention Specialist (CPS) Certified Minimum 2 years of experience in clinical service coordination or linkage Skills Needed Ability to balance competing priorities and make independent judgments and decisions Strong communication and presentation skills Access to a well maintained vehicle, valid auto insurance, and a current valid Driver's License CFCE is a Drug Free Workplace and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
