We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling products, packaging materials, inspecting finished goods, and supporting daily production operations while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble products according to company specifications and quality standards. Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and defects. Package finished products for shipment and distribution. Label products and prepare materials for production and shipping. Maintain production goals and productivity standards. Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Report equipment malfunctions, damaged materials, or quality concerns to supervisors. Support various production tasks and assist team members as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production targets. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
